Introducing the Spencer Grey Art Store

The work, finally here.
Four years of making. Several false starts. One decision to stop licensing and own the distribution. The Spencer Grey store is open.

The launch collection is eight pieces. Each was chosen not for how it photographs, but for how it holds up over time. These are works I lived with for months, moved around, argued with. The ones that stayed earned their place.
Every edition closes at 150. There are no reprints.
What an edition means.
Each print is made to order on archival cotton rag. The process takes time. You are not buying inventory. You are buying something made specifically because you asked for it, numbered by hand, shipped with a signed certificate of authenticity.

When the 150th print ships, that piece is done. The files are retired. The edition certificate is the last record. I hold 10 of each myself. The rest are yours.
What comes next.
New work ships quarterly. Some pieces will only ever exist here. A few may find gallery walls eventually, but prints always come to this store first. If you want to know when new editions drop, the best way is the mailing list.
